RETURN PROCESS

 

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 45 days of receipt for most items in new condition .

 

 

1. Login to MEMBER CENTER >MY ORDERS and click " REQUEST RETURN." Choose the item(s) you wish to return and submit your request.


2. Our QC team will review your RETURN REQUESTS. When the request is approved, you will be notified through an e-mail. please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

 

3. Please send the return package to our warehouse in Taiwan , You can send items back to us using any trackable/insured shipping method .

 

4. Your return will usually be processed within 10 business days after we recieved the package. the refunds will be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed. We’ll send you a Refund Notification email to notify you once the refund has been completed.

*The time-frame & currency exchanging rate when the transition reaches your account will depend on policies of your local bank.

You can send items back to us using any traceable/insured shipping method .
We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.

 

1. You have 45 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return the item please contact us within 45 days from the date we ship your package. We will respond to your return request in 3 working days, and you will receive a return processing notice. Once we approve your return request, you’ll have 7 days to complete the return. Return are not acceptable if you didn't send the items in 7 days. 

 

2. Any returning product will only be accepted if it's under the origial condition where the product is unused, unwashed, unbroken, with the original tag and packaging still attatched.
CAUTION: We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
AIR SPACE reserves the rights to decline refunding if the product(s) returned is/ are not under mint condition.

 

3. Clearance items that have been discounted for more than 60% off is not applicable with return and refund .

 

4. Please note - you'll need to cover the postage and any relevant duty costs yourself. It's a good idea to mark your parcel as 'returned goods' to avoid being charged any duties. We recommend removing or covering your shipping label before attaching your returns label to your parcel.and please using any trackable/insured shipping method .

 

5. Please note that the original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

 

6. We currently only provide return & refund services. There is no exchange service.

 

7. The delivery fee of the original order will be deducted from your refund balance if your remaining order doesn't meet the free shipping requirement after the return.

 

8. Please note that each order could only return for one time. 

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We apologize that it did not work as we promised, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have faced due to it!

Please drop us a message here or email us within 45 days from the date of delivery with the following info:

- Your Order Number (e.g 022XXXXXXXXXX)
- The product SKU code or name of the defective item
- Clear photo and video of the defective part

Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED AS DEFECTIVE?
Some common defects include:

  • Tears or holes
  • Broken or missing buttons or zippers
  • Inconsistent sizing within a product line
  • Stains or discoloration that cannot be removed
  • Misaligned or uneven seams

*Variation of 1-3CM in measurements will not be counted as a defect.

All returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve all rights to exercise discretion in what constitutes a defect. If, upon stringent checks, we find that the item does not qualify as a defect, the customer would have to proceed with a return as per our return policy.

If you return ineligible items, you will receive a QC result notice indicating a failed result.

Consequently, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you.

Redelivery fees may be incurred and will be borne by you.

If you have received an incorrect refund amount or have not received any refund, please contact us immediately.This might due to we are unable to extract the banking records that's more than ONE month. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
